Box Lacrosse
Indoor Box Lacrosse is just prior to the sport's main season which makes it a great skills based warm-up to the spring season. Its played in hockey rinks converted with turf with 5 runners and 1 goalie. This league is offered only for 10U, 12U and 14U.
Ages
2025 Season Age Ranges are as follows:
10U: Birthdays from 9/1/2014 - 8/31/2016
12U: Birthdays from 9/1/2012 - 8/31/2014

Box Season: March - April

Where
Practices are held at the Hopkins Pavilion on the Turf Field.
Games may be played across the Twin Cities Metro area.
Practices
Teams will practice 1-2 times a week on Tuesday and Thursday.
Games
Games are held on Saturday & Sundays, March 15 - April 13, 2025. Games run between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Jerseys
A reversable jersey is required. Purchase information will be available shortly.
Extra Costs
We ask that families volunteer as drink family and snack family once each season for post-game refreshments.

What equipment does my child need?
Boys: Helmet, mouthguard, stick, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder/chest pads. Limited equipment is available to rent through the association. For more information, see the Required Equipment page.
What about goalies?
The association provides Goalie Gear if needed.
