Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for withdrawals from the league prior to 30 days from the start of the season. No refunds will be issued after the 30-day deadline.

Exceptions:

  • Medical withdrawals may be considered for a partial refund with appropriate documentation.
  • League cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may result in prorated refunds.


Discounts for Volunteers

Discounts may be offered for certain volunteer positions:

  • Coaches will be reimbursed for one child per team coached.
  • Team Managers will be reimbursed 15% at the end of the season(s)



What makes up a full team?

Minimum number of players per team:

18 players for 12U and 14U field teams

11 players for 8U and 10U field teams

12 players for box teams.

 

Maximum number of players per team:

23 players for 12U and 14U field teams

13 players for 8U and 10U field team

16 players for box teams


Team sizes may be adjusted as needed. Everyone in HPYLA gets to play!
